Learning & Development Intern

We are an international multi-channel retail group, operating a network of 94 own and franchise-based stores and 6 online shops in the Baltic States.

👉🎓DURING THE INTERNSHIP, YOU WILL:

  • Assist in planning and organizing training programs for employees.
  • Become familiar with learning and development processes and manage related databases.
  • Provide support in tracking and evaluating employee training outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement and improve learning initiatives.
  • Apply your knowledge and gain hands-on experience in HR development.
