Training specialist

Kesko Senukai Lithuania” is an international, multi-channel group with 94 physical stores and 6 online shops. A leader in the “Do-It-Yourself” sector, it unites over 3,000 professionals in Lithuania.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs and other educational materials (topics: sales, customer service, motivation, etc.).

  • Organize training process: plan, coordinate and ensure smooth communication.

  • Conduct internal training sessions and conduct knowledge assesments.

  • Apply modern training methods and solutions.

  • Collect, structure, and analyze training-related data.

We expect that you: 

  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in delivering training.

  • Bring experience in sales or customer service (an advantage).

  • Are able to effectively plan and coordinate tasks.

  • Demonstrate creativity, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Hold a Category B driving license.

  • Have a good command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary:

€2110 - 2975 (gross, before taxes). Compensation will be set individually, reflecting the candidate’s experience. The contract is fixed-term for 1 year.
