RPA Developer

We are seeking an RPA Specialist to design, develop and support intelligent automation solutions across our business. In this role, you'll build and maintain UiPath automations that streamline business processes, working closely with process owners, business stakeholders, and our AI team to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. You will help identify automation opportunities, define solution approaches, and ensure automations integrate effectively with existing systems and workflows.

This role involves taking automations from idea to production, supporting their ongoing performance, and continuously improving existing solutions. You should be comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into practical automation designs and contributing to the organization's broader digital transformation through modern, efficient automation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath

• Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to keep them reliable and fast

• Work with data in SQL Server - reading, transforming and integrating it into your automations

• Understand and extend our custom-built solutions, adapting them as processes evolve

• Integrate with other systems by consuming APIs where needed

• Create clear technical and process documentation for the solutions you build

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and our AI team throughout the automation lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions with UiPath

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn - you enjoy exploring custom solutions and enjoy solving new challenges

• The ability to read and understand code snippets in Python, C# and VB.NET

• Experience working with SQL Server

• The ability to produce clear, useful documentation

• Strong communication skills - you can interact effectively with the team, business and subject-matter experts (SMEs).

Nice to have:

• Experience consuming APIs (REST APIs, SOAP web services).

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

• Experience with Azure

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or any other version control system

• Experience with AI technologies.

Salary:


€3,500–€4,000 gross (before taxes). The final salary will be agreed individually, based on the candidate’s experience.
