• Lead AI project planning, implementation, and performance evaluation; prioritize projects based on their potential to create value
• Identify, analyze, and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to boost the company’s competitive edge, efficiency and overall productivity
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI specialists, fostering continuous professional development and knowledge sharing
• Promote a culture of innovation where employees are motivated to propose new ideas and contribute to process improvements supporting integrated customer service
• Represent the company at AI conferences and collaborate with AI communities and technology partners to maintain industry leadership
• Cooperating across all departments to deliver your solution to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI strategy development and leadership within complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and trends with a successful track record of delivering AI projects on time and within budget
• Expertise in omnichannel AI applications including inventory management, dynamic pricing, customer analytics, and AI-driven service solutions
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance
• Leadership skills to build, motivate and grow a specialist AI team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and technology partners
• Passion for fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
