Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Lead main security projects and initiatives. Collaborate in creating cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Design, implement, and improve security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate activities related to vulnerability identification, risk analysis, and adherence to international standards and data protection regulations (ISO 27001 and GDPR.)
• Conduct security and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigating controls
• Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
• Collaborate with IT and business to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into new projects and initiatives
• Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training programs for employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• At least 5 years work experience in IT security, cyber security, or information security fields with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• You have previous experience in leading IT security projects
• Have a strong understanding of information security principles, relevant organizational and technical controls, risk and compliance standards and frameworks
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, firewalls, WAF, MDM, NDR, endpoint protection and etc.).
• Hands-on experience with incident response, threat hunting, and forensics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Professional Working Proficiency in Lithuanian and English

Certificates:

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ etc.

Gross salary in a range: 6000-7500 € (depends on your experience)
