We are seeking a dedicated Workstation Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining end-user computing environments, ensuring that all desktops, laptops, and related peripherals operate efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices

• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and security patches

• Support end-users with hardware, software, and peripheral issues

• Manage software deployment and inventory using endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)

• Maintain security compliance, including antivirus updates, encryption, and access policies

• Document standard procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

• Assist in planning and executing workstation refreshes, migrations, and upgrades

• Participate in IT projects related to end-user computing and workstation improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in desktop/workstation support or IT operations

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Experience with software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune)

• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management

• Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and peripheral devices

• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (antivirus, encryption, patch management)

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and end-user support abilities

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Salary:

4000–5000 €/mon. Gross
