IT Project Manager

Join a strategic ERP transformation programme where you'll lead complex implementation and migration initiatives that directly impact business operations across multiple countries and functions. Working closely with senior business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, you'll help turn business needs into practical solutions and drive projects from idea to successful adoption.
This role offers the opportunity to navigate complex challenges, align diverse stakeholder groups, and influence key decisions in a large-scale programme environment. You'll work with business process owners, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery while balancing scope, risks, timelines, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ERP implementation, migration, and business transformation projects from initiation to go-live and transition into support.
Oversee project delivery by managing scope, timeline, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, internal product teams, and external delivery partners.
Lead project governance activities, including steering committees and executive-level reporting.
Maintain project documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment and project success.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, SAP, or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-stream, or multi-country projects.
Strong understanding of business process design, optimisation, and ERP-enabled transformation.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software delivery processes, systems integration principles, and IT architecture concepts.
Strong budget, planning, reporting, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication, expectation management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Russian language.

Salary
€6,000 – €7,000 gross (before taxes). Final compensation will be determined individually based on the candidate's experience.
